Visual Style: Tango Ultraclean 3dcc theme

Tango Alert This is sweet. The theme is really fine and sticks great to the Tango pallete

If you don’t know anything about 3dcc here’s some info:

3D Color Changer is a simple yet powerful tool aimed at UI color customization. While it looks almost like the Display/Appearance Control Panel applet it offers a host of additional features:
- changing the color of restricted UI elements
- scheme load/save support
- Color Capture

Comment:
You can apply the theme when using Windows classic theme.
